Project Coordination & Operational Support:

  • Support Account Managers with day-to-day project coordination, including survey creation and Airtable setup.
  • Maintain project tracking systems and ensure execution documentation remains accurate and up to date.
  • Monitor project progress and escalate risks, delays, or completion concerns to leadership.

Reporting & System Management:

  • Assist in maintaining Airtable, Salesforce, and other project management systems.
