Job Description
Our Inside Sales Representatives work with our small and medium-sized businesses and are responsible for expanding our network of service providers. At Angi, we sell leads, which are homeowners looking to get a job done. We offer multiple ways for a service provider to buy leads, based on how they want to get leads and how they pay for leads. To join this elite team, you will need to show a passion for sales, helping small and medium businesses succeed, and a desire to grow your career and income.
Outreach to service providers via phone (nationwide) to discuss Angi’s value proposition and product offering. Making up to 200 dials a day to build the momentum needed to hit sales goals is expected. Overcoming objections and negotiating solutions while building trust with service providers to understand their needs is crucial.
Coaching service providers how to effectively build life-long consumers with the homeowners who submit service requests and Guiding service providers through the background check authorization and approval process are also expectations. Meeting and exceeding required sales targets – responsible for the amount of contract value sold biweekly is mandatory.
