As Director of Partnerships, you’ll oversee the development and execution of our partnership channel system , managing relationships with integrated partners, resellers, and other strategic collaborators. You’ll report directly to the Chief Sales Officer , serving as a key architect in shaping our global partner strategy. You’ll lead the creation of strategic, integrated partnerships with large, enterprise clients—helping organizations around the world unlock their talent potential through Workera’s Skills Intelligence Platform. This role is ideal for someone who’s both strategic and hands-on—a builder who’s comfortable experimenting, iterating, and influencing without layers of hierarchy.
