Responsibilities:
- Oversee training and onboarding of reservation sales associates.
- Achieve monthly individual & team conversion and revenue goals.
- Maintain knowledge of properties within the region including room types and rates.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of supervisory experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Previous experience with Opera/Voice Agent/Synxis is preferred.
Additional Information:
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience leading a remote team and at a luxury hospitality property.
