Responsibilities:

  • Assist in creation of proposals, contracts, and event orders.

  • Keep the integrity of Delphi system; enter things correctly.

Tasks:

  • Pull weekly reports and productivity, plus monthly reports.
  • Conduct site visits with clients; discuss specific requirements.
  • Confirm reservations, upgrades, and amenities for site tours.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in luxury hospitality or event space.
  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, communication skills.
  • Must have strong attention to detail and time efficient skills.
