Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed revenue production goals for weddings, social events, and group room blocks.
  • Actively prospect new business while maintaining a robust pipeline of destination clientele.
  • Collaborate with operations, catering, revenue, and reservations teams to ensure flawless event and group execution.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years hotel sales/catering experience.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish, written and verbal, with the ability to communicate with warmth and empathy.
  • Must have proven selling, negotiating and presentation skills.

Skills:

  • Knowledge of the operations of the hotel industry.
  • Highly developed customer service skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel, and Outlook.
