Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed revenue production goals for weddings, social events, and group room blocks.
- Actively prospect new business while maintaining a robust pipeline of destination clientele.
- Collaborate with operations, catering, revenue, and reservations teams to ensure flawless event and group execution.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-3 years hotel sales/catering experience.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish, written and verbal, with the ability to communicate with warmth and empathy.
- Must have proven selling, negotiating and presentation skills.
Skills:
- Knowledge of the operations of the hotel industry.
- Highly developed customer service skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel, and Outlook.
