Job Description
This role involves:
- Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with hospitals, surgery centers, and IDNs to grow product adoption.
- Executing value-based and clinical-focused sales strategies to expand existing business and penetrate new accounts.
- Collaborating with distribution partners to ensure contract placement, inventory availability, and proper positioning of products.
It also requires:
- Managing the sales process using Salesforce CRM, including forecasting, pipeline management, campaign execution, and reporting.
- Conducting on-site clinical presentations, product training, and account reviews with key stakeholders.
- Targeting and influencing Purchasing, Supply Chain, and Value Analysis teams to advance contracts and secure product adoption.
It also involves:
- Monitoring sales performance, tracking KPIs, and providing insights to optimize territory growth.
- Travel within the territory (up to 60%), including occasional weekend commitments.
- Working in a dynamic, client-focused work environment.
