The Sales Strategy & Operations Team is a diverse team who supports a variety of impactful areas within the Sales Organization. This team are essential partners to sales leadership, who provide strategic direction and Go-To-Market execution. This position will report to our Manager of Sales Strategy
Lead pipeline reviews, forecasting, sales reporting, and SFDC management
Partner with Sales leaders on GTM strategy, growth opportunities, territory planning, and performance analysis
Automate lead generation, qualification, and GTM workflows to drive scale
Shape a smarter sales playbook using current tech stack and AI tools
Improve sales processes to boost conversions, shorten cycles, and increase win rates
Drive continuous improvement across sales calls, pipeline development, account planning, and customer reviews
Collaborate with Business Systems, CS, Finance, HR, Marketing, and other teams
