Vendor Network and Site Operations:
- Source, negotiate, and manage third-party vendors.
- Implement SLAs and preventative maintenance schedules.
- Build vendor accountability systems.
Build Teams as We Grow:
- Help hire and lead City Managers.
- Create standardized training and QA processes.
- Ensure local ops runs smoothly.
