(West) Regional Operations Manager

As the Regional Operations Manager, you will own the operational and financial performance across your region and be directly responsible for ensuring our parking facilities run smoothly and maximize revenue potential. You will design repeatable processes, manage third-party vendors, and develop pricing and enforcement strategies that directly impact AirGarage's bottom line. You’ll partner with Sales, Product, and Partner Success teams to ensure our real estate partners see strong results and our customers enjoy a seamless experience. You’ll also lead our enforcement fleet (Space Force) and work closely with regional leadership to ensure every facility is performing at its peak. Ultimately, you will be responsible for scaling operational excellence in your region, driving efficiency, profitability, and reliability while helping AirGarage expand our footprint.
