Proposal Manager - R&D and Quality

Veeva is looking for an experienced Proposal Manager to drive winning responses for our innovative life sciences solutions! You’ll lead the end-to-end proposal lifecycle, collaborating with top experts to craft compelling narratives and responses to questionnaires that resonate with North American and European customers. What You'll Do: Lead the Proposal Lifecycle: Project manage all RFx activities from initial receipt through final submission, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables. Orchestrate Response Teams: Effectively coordinate contributions from cross-functional teams (Sales, Solution Consulting, Professional Services, Product, Strategy, IT Security, etc.) to develop winning responses. Develop Response Strategies: Lead response team alignment calls and discussions to define scope, understand customer needs, identify key differentiators, and guide the team on assignments and timelines. Craft Compelling Content: Transform complex information into persuasive written content, clearly articulating Veeva's value proposition and differentiation. Drive Efficiency and Quality: Draft response deliverables, manage project workflows, and conduct thorough quality checks to ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance. Contribute to Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with the content management team to maintain the accuracy of proposal templates and the answer library. Manage Multiple Priorities: Effectively handle a workload that includes multiple proposal assignments and other projects, consistently meeting deadlines. Ensure Professional Presentation: Format, proofread, and edit all proposal deliverables for accuracy, clarity, and a polished appearance.
