Strategic Business Architect Lead Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Influence and align senior stakeholders to deliver better outcomes for the business and our people.
• Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to support end-to-end employee experience discovery and redesign.
• Develop clear process models and future-state roadmaps to drive implementation and adoption.

Required Experience:

• 5+ years of HR, HR technology, or business architecture experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on Workday HCM experience supporting HR processes.
• Experience leading end-to-end HR process discovery and improvement across globally distributed teams.

Preferred Experience:

• Working knowledge of Workday modules such as HCM Core, Payroll, and Time Tracking.
• Exposure to global HR processes and operating models balancing global standards with local needs.
• Background in HR service delivery transformation including automation and AI-enabled solutions.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Compensation offered is $90,700.00 to $153,925.00 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
• This role does not have supervisory duties.
• Allstate generally does not sponsor employment-based visas for this position.
