Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute retail HSA growth
- Serve as a subject-matter expert on ACA regulations
- Partner with brokers and health plans to drive HSA adoption
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in healthcare, insurance, or financial services
- Strong knowledge of HSAs and ACA individual health plans
- Experience driving growth through broker or partner channels
