Job Description

The Service Sales Specialist (m/f/d) is a key role within the support organization of Bruker Nano Surfaces and Metrology “BNSM” Division, manufacturer of the world's leading Atomic Forces Microscopes, Stylus profilers, Mechanical Testers, X-Ray metrology and Wafer Clean, Mask Repair and non-contact 3D optical microscopes for research and semiconductor applications. The position could be done home based within Europe with the necessity to travel from time to time. Contract sales: Create business development plan. Provide and achieve targets to grow the Service Business unit to maximize volume and profitability. Promote and sell the LabScape Service Agreements, upgrades and other aftermarket products to all existing and new customers in EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa). Be responsible for the maintenance and growth of the Service Contract business for all product groups in General Purpose Instruments in the assigned sales territory Evaluate needs and negotiate contracts directly with key accounts or indirectly with 3rd Party Service Providers subject to chart of authority
