Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field with progressive program management experience.
- Demonstrated success leading large cross-functional programs in global organizations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and facilitation skills with ability to manage governance frameworks.
