Executive Director Commercial Development (Advanced Therapies)

The Executive Director Commercial Development Advanced Therapies will co-develop and maintain the Advanced Therapies Global Sales and Marketing strategies aligned with FUJIFILM Biotechnologies budget and growth plans. This position will strive to implement sales strategies across North America and provide leadership to your team and internal manufacturing sites. Major activities include inspiring, leading, and cultivating the US Sales team, mentoring Commercial Directors, engaging in customer business development, partnering with the Global VP Advanced Therapies, leading contract negotiations, processing market feedback, providing market support at customer meetings and driving company values across all business sectors. The ideal candidate should have a relevant academic degree, with a preference for a Master's or PhD in a related cell and gene therapy field or novel modality manufacturing, 7+ years of relevant senior level business experience in the biopharmaceutical area, and 5+ years of experience leading teams.
