Candidate Profile:

  • Must have at least 3 years of direct recruitment experience, including sourcing and a passion for candidate experience.
  • Requires exceptional alignment with organizational values, strong organizational skills, and clear communication abilities.

Compensation and Logistics:

  • Offers a base salary with a performance bonus and estimated total compensation, calculated equitably based on role and location.
  • The role is fully remote but requires overlapping with the NY timezone and a preference for candidates based in Africa.
