Job Description
As an Inside Sales Specialist, your area of responsibility will be the Middle East region. You will manage CRM leads, perform analysis, and follow up with partners. You will also manage Partner Portal quarterly results, including analysis and follow-up. You will be responsible for Distributors' events, including invitation, follow-up, checking lists of participants, event feedback, and improvements to increase sales and leads. Furthermore, you will handle Ajax events, including leads qualification/tracking and participants' follow-up.
You will also make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell the company's solutions, respond to inbound sales inquiries, and follow up on leads generated by other sales channels. It is important to build and maintain relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions to meet their requirements. Keeping accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities in the company's CRM system is vital, along with collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and resolve any issues that arise. Providing regular updates to the management on performance and progress is also necessary.
Additional tasks include managing and maintaining a database of all sales data (orders, payments, forecasts, BDMs call cycles), preparing proposals and other sales-related materials, and coordinating sales events, demonstrations, and presentations. Ultimately, your goal is to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
