Risk & Compliance Specialist

About the Role:

• Review incoming cases and decide which need attention first based on type and evidence.
• Gather and document evidence through calls, texts, or emails to address irregularities.
• Execute compliance actions and escalate unusual or high-stakes situations as needed.

Signal Detection & Monitoring:

• Monitor and action daily alerts and signals indicating anomalies.
• Surface pattern observations within cases and server behavior, escalating larger trends.
• Support compliance document submissions and renewals to ensure eligibility.

Server Communications & Enablement:

• Handle inbound account update communications and outbound compliance outreach.
• Contribute to the creation of external Help Center articles reflecting current processes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes and support marketplace projects.
