About the Role:
- Support federal grant implementation for Highland's electrification projects.
- Work closely with the Market Development team on special projects.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and compile data for federal agencies.
- Prepare and submit documents and coordinate with internal departments.
- Assist with performance and financial reporting.
Qualifications:
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated with ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills; interest in electric vehicles a plus.
