Job Description
This role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving issues effectively, and ensuring customer satisfaction for QuillBot. You will build strong customer relationships through honest communication, providing exceptional customer service by addressing concerns with empathy and professionalism. Identify opportunities to convert free users into paid customers through upselling strategies and retaining existing premium users. You will also collaborate with internal teams, keep customers informed about new products, and manage community platforms to promote products and gather user feedback.
