Operations & Reporting Analyst

Primary Responsibilities:

• Support the development and validation of financial reports, including RMN and case management billing.
• Build and enhance dashboards in Power BI while ensuring data accuracy through reconciliation.
• Provide administrative support for key business processes, including documentation and workflow improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Individual compensation is commensurate with experience, ranging from $75,000 to $85,000 USD per year.
