Job Description

Lead a team of Inside Sales Reps to develop and close opportunities, driving revenue growth and customer retention. Attract, hire, and retain top-performing Inside Sales Reps through multiple recruiting channels. Foster a high-performance, high-accountability culture within the Inside Sales team. Provide training and support to ensure the team understands Procore’s products, industry, and sales best practices. Leverage key partnerships and strategic alliances to maximize customer renewals and retention while driving scalable sales motions. Conduct regular call reviews, presentations, and pipeline/deal reviews to help the team meet and exceed sales targets. Collaborate with sales leadership to ensure lead quality and proper follow-up, contributing to accurate forecasting and performance reporting. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity across the team.
