About the Role:
- First dedicated Engagement Manager to own scoping, pricing, and selling professional services.
- Focus on both core platform and AI Agent product to build a repeatable revenue motion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own SOW process end-to-end: scope, draft, price, and sell services.
- Drive services attach and bookings on new and expansion deals.
- Build templates, pricing logic, and processes to scale.
Qualifications:
- 4-10 years in professional services with 2+ years scoping and selling engagements.
- Technical fluency in conversational AI; deal desk exposure a plus.
