Job Description

Honeycomb is seeking a Sales Development Rep to build pipeline and drive revenue growth.

-Collaborate with Account Executives to identify and target high-potential accounts.

-Design and execute multi-channel outbound campaigns using email, social media, and phone calls.

-Conduct in-depth research to understand prospects' needs and tailor messaging accordingly.

This position is an opportunity to drive growth by qualifying leads effectively.

-Engage in discovery conversations to assess prospects' business impact and needs.

-Maintain diligent records in Salesforce and other sales tools.

-Monitor dashboards and prioritize outreach based on intent signals.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate sales acumen and a growth mindset.

-Bring experience in sales development within a SaaS environment.

-Possess expertise in using modern sales tools like Outreach and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

-Exhibit strong communication skills and the ability to coach peers.
