Role:
- Design, develop, and execute the Sales Readiness program.
- Ensure the sales team has the knowledge, content, and skills to accelerate pipeline and drive revenue growth.
Team:
- Be an essential part of the Commercial Enablement team.
- Partner closely with Payor Sales leadership, Marketing, and Product teams.
What you'll be doing:
- Develop high-impact, "Ready to Sell" content.
- Create Health Plan and Payor specific materials.
- Enforce content templates to ensure consistent communication.
