Job Description
The Senior Account Executive will lead K-12 sales initiatives across the Midwest territory.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market share and client relationships.
- Accurately forecast quarterly and annual sales performance and pipeline growth.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and revenue targets within specified timelines.
Accountabilities:
- Share insights and expertise to help prospects evaluate and select the best solutions for their needs.
- Prepare tailored messaging and presentations to guide clients through the purchasing process.
- Maintain accurate and timely account information in Salesforce CRM.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5+ years of proven sales experience, ideally in EdTech or enterprise software/SaaS sales.
- Strong strategic and consultative sales skills, with the ability to conduct detailed needs analysis and proposal development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
