Job Description

The Senior Account Executive will lead K-12 sales initiatives across the Midwest territory.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market share and client relationships.
  • Accurately forecast quarterly and annual sales performance and pipeline growth.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and revenue targets within specified timelines.

Accountabilities:

  • Share insights and expertise to help prospects evaluate and select the best solutions for their needs.
  • Prepare tailored messaging and presentations to guide clients through the purchasing process.
  • Maintain accurate and timely account information in Salesforce CRM.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of proven sales experience, ideally in EdTech or enterprise software/SaaS sales.
  • Strong strategic and consultative sales skills, with the ability to conduct detailed needs analysis and proposal development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
