The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and has great communication skills, someone who takes pride in helping clients have a seamless experience both online and on the court. Responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, class schedules, Shopify orders, and coordinating with coaching staff, requiring excellent communication and organizational skills.
