Job Description

As a Customer Care Manager, your responsibilities include:

  • Managing and resolving complex Tier 2 support escalations, including technical issues.
  • Analyzing customer inquiry patterns to identify recurring bugs. You'll propose improvements to product and support documentation.
  • Mentoring and guiding Customer Care Coordinators and serve as an escalation point for them.

Your profile should include:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a technical customer support or customer care role.
  • Strong ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues, including experience with APIs or software integrations.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to use data to identify trends and drive decisions.
