Job Description
As a Customer Care Manager, your responsibilities include:
- Managing and resolving complex Tier 2 support escalations, including technical issues.
- Analyzing customer inquiry patterns to identify recurring bugs. You'll propose improvements to product and support documentation.
- Mentoring and guiding Customer Care Coordinators and serve as an escalation point for them.
Your profile should include:
- 3-5 years of experience in a technical customer support or customer care role.
- Strong ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues, including experience with APIs or software integrations.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to use data to identify trends and drive decisions.
