Associate General Counsel, Corporate & Commercial

Crux is seeking an experienced attorney to join our growing legal team as Associate General Counsel, Corporate & Commercial. This role is ideal for someone with deep corporate and commercial experience in renewable energy finance and related transactions and markets, ideally combining time at a leading law firm with in-house experience. You will lead negotiations and drafting across a wide variety of commercial agreements, provide legal counsel across the product lifecycle, assist with compliance programs, and support corporate governance. You will also drive data-related legal initiatives, serve as a trusted partner to leadership, and design the legal department’s operational infrastructure.
