Job Description

The Account Executive will play a critical role in driving revenue growth within the Life Sciences segment by managing strategic accounts.

They will also develop new business opportunities and position PointClickCare as the leading provider of LTPAC Real-World Data (RWD) and Real-World Evidence (RWE) solutions.

Role responsibilities include developing and implementing account plans, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, building and maintaining strong client relationships, partnering with internal teams, and representing PointClickCare at industry events.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in business, Life Sciences, or a related field, coupled with 5+ years of experience in B2B sales within pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare technology sectors.

Candidates should possess a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas, a strong understanding of clinical research, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with CRM tools.
