Manager, People Operations

We are looking to hire a Manager, People Operations who will design, implement, and continuously improve global systems, processes, and workflows that are scalable and efficient. This role is both strategic and hands-on: you’ll develop systems from scratch and roll up your sleeves to get things done. You’ll play a key role in ensuring data accuracy, global compliance, and operational excellence, while building a people-first team member experience across our remote, global workforce. You will directly manage two team members and bring systems-thinking, operational rigor, and a continuous improvement mindset to everything you do. You understand the complexities of operating across multiple geographies and will help us evolve our total rewards programs to stay competitive and aligned with our values.
