Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct management, coaching, and leadership to Institutional Business Managers (sales representatives)
  • Develop and implement business plans for assigned regions
  • Execute overall strategy and direction for the Institutional Franchise

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in specialty pharmaceutical sales, including field sales management and product launch experience
  • Strong leadership, team building and organizational skills
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills with the ability to translate business goals into specific objectives
