Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Corporate Alliance leaders to create business plans for employer relationships.
- Develop meaningful relationships with key hiring personnel at corporate partners.
- Screen candidates to ensure best matches and provide feedback to recruiters.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree or equivalent experience required; Bachelor's preferred.
- 3+ years of corporate account management experience preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and business tools like Microsoft Teams.
Work Environment:
- Full-time remote position with occasional onsite travel.
- Home office setup required with high-speed internet.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
