Purpose of the Position:

  • Oversee graduates' initial weeks of employment in allied health care.
  • Actively support them to overcome obstacles and achieve career success.

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist graduates with career coaching during first 2 weeks up to 30 days of employment.
  • Develop and maintain systems for employment opportunities and placement verification.
  • Partner with Graduate Success Processors and Placement Verification Team.

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience in education or career services.
  • Knowledge of application processes and ability to overcome graduate obstacles.
  • Organization, communication, attention to detail, teamwork, and time management skills.
