Purpose of the Position:
- Oversee graduates' initial weeks of employment in allied health care.
- Actively support them to overcome obstacles and achieve career success.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist graduates with career coaching during first 2 weeks up to 30 days of employment.
- Develop and maintain systems for employment opportunities and placement verification.
- Partner with Graduate Success Processors and Placement Verification Team.
Required Skills/Experience:
- Associate degree or equivalent experience in education or career services.
- Knowledge of application processes and ability to overcome graduate obstacles.
- Organization, communication, attention to detail, teamwork, and time management skills.
