About the Role:
- Operational and administrative support for the AI Factory sales team.
- Ensure processes run smoothly, data is accurate, and communication is timely.
What You'll Do:
- Track follow-ups, action items, NDAs, and deliverables.
- Coordinate travel, site visits, and events.
- Maintain CRM data and forecast accuracy in Salesforce.
What We're Looking For:
- 2-4 years sales coordination or executive support experience.
- Strong organization, communication, and discretion.
- Hands-on Salesforce experience and AI tool fluency.
