Key Responsibilities:
- Keep pipeline data accurate in Salesforce and manage calendars, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Prepare quotes, order forms, and contract administration while coordinating with Finance and Legal.
- Support inbound lead routing and build reports for sales leadership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field with 1-2 years of sales support experience.
- Hands-on Salesforce and Microsoft 365 skills with strong communication and organization.
- Curiosity and willingness to adopt AI-assisted tools; based in the US.
