Overview:

What You'll Do:
- Serve as primary relationship steward for an assigned portfolio of major gift donors.
- Develop and execute donor strategies inviting transformational philanthropy.
- Travel regularly to visit donors and prospective partners in person.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with at least 5 years of donor development experience.
- Strong understanding of major gift fundraising practices and ethical relationship management.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
