Responsibilities:
- Spearhead end-to-end UCaaS and CCaaS implementation projects.
- Ensure successful deployment, integration, and adoption of solutions.
- Maintain an unwavering focus on customer success.
Team Development & Mentorship:
- Consult and actively uplevel other members of the Professional Services team through knowledge sharing.
- Provide mentorship to build a stronger, more consistent delivery muscle.
- Help the team adopt best practices for the implementations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience implementing and managing complex UCaaS, and CCaaS platforms.
- Demonstrated experience leading customer-facing projects.
- In-depth subject matter expertise in Unified Communications.
