  • Review applications and conduct initial screenings/interviews.
  • Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) records.

Requirements:

  • Previous recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage a high-volume recruitment pipeline.

Work Setup:

  • Fully remote.
  • Full-time schedule aligned with New York business hours.
