Responsibilities:
- Source/attract candidates via job boards, referrals, and networking.
- Review applications and conduct initial screenings/interviews.
- Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) records.
Requirements:
- Previous recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage a high-volume recruitment pipeline.
