Job Description
As a Payroll Client Success Specialist, you’ll be the go-to expert and trusted partner for a portfolio of up to 150 clients, ensuring businesses run smoothly and employees are paid accurately. You will serving as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing guidance and troubleshooting issues. Managing payroll cycles and solving complex challenges will be a daily routine, strengthening client relationships and ensuring long-term satisfaction. You will support clients with payroll-related questions. This includes payroll processing, employee management and General Ledger reconciliation. You will also resolve and respond timely to clients with a high level of customer service via email and/or phone.
