Key Responsibilities:
- Own execution health and delivery performance across the assigned transformation value stream portfolio.
- Translate enterprise transformation priorities into executable plans, milestones, and measurable business outcomes.
- Serve as the accountable leader for achievement of value stream outcomes and value realization targets.
Leadership and Alignment:
- Provide integrated leadership across business, operations, technology, finance, and delivery teams.
- Facilitate value-based prioritization decisions that maximize strategic, operational, customer, and financial outcomes.
- Challenge priorities and scope when work no longer supports intended outcomes.
Business Readiness:
- Own business readiness planning and coordination across operational, technology, customer-facing, clinical, and support teams.
- Ensure new capabilities are organizationally ready for deployment through readiness assessments and training.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in enterprise transformation, strategic program management, or related fields.
- Experience in highly regulated environments such as healthcare or PBM is required.
