Your Day with Equisoft:
- Relationship Management: Manage all stakeholder relationships within client’s business, IT and operations units to ensure expectations and priorities are clear.
- Account Growth: Prospect, evaluate, and propose additional Equisoft products and services to support client’s business and technology objectives.
- Account Profitability: Responsible for the P&L and meeting or exceeding profitability goals set by Equisoft for each assigned account.
Execution Commitment:
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to oversee planning, management, and implementation of customer projects.
- Ensure all customer commitments related to Equisoft's products and services are met.
Account Planning:
- Create an annual account plan detailing opportunities, relationships to nurture, and account risks aligned with client and Equisoft objectives.
- Regularly manage and report against the account plan.
