Field Service Representative (Pittsburgh)

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute retail support through in-store visits, product demos, and sales floor engagement.
• Build community engagement and brand awareness at local and national events, races, and expos.
• Collaborate with sales representatives and field service teammates to develop and execute service plans.

Requirements:

• 1+ year of specialty retail experience (run or outdoor preferred) and 2+ years in marketing, sales, or field service.
• Familiarity with Altra product line and experience fitting technical footwear.
• Strong time management, communication, and Microsoft Office skills.
