What You’ll Do:
- Conduct impartial workplace investigations into complaints of harassment, discrimination, and policy violations.
- Serve as primary contact for clients on employee relations matters including conflicts, performance, and terminations.
- Prepare clear, defensible investigation reports and present findings to client stakeholders.
What You Bring:
- 1-3 years of experience in employee relations or workplace investigations.
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, with PHR or SHRM-CP certification.
- Strong investigative writing skills and thorough understanding of employment laws.
