Job Description
This IT Operations Specialist role involves: Technical Support: Serving as the primary IT contact for US and Canadian employees, resolving technical issues and ensuring a smooth technology experience. Onboarding/Offboarding: Managing end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, including device provisioning, account setup, and access management. IT Security: Enforcing IT security protocols, assisting with audits, and implementing measures to ensure compliance and data protection. The role also requires Collaboration: Working closely with a global IT team and cross-functional teams (HR, Operations, Finance) to align needs with company-wide standards, policies, and tools. System Management: Managing device lifecycle, software access, system performance monitoring, and proactive technology improvements. Documentation: Building and maintaining a regional IT ticketing system, defining SLAs, workflows, and documentation to improve employee experience.
