Job Description
This person in this position will report directly to the Senior Manager, GTM Field Enablement working closely with their peers in the GTM Enablement organization as we continue to transform the business and state of Enablement. As a Senior Field Enablement Business Partner, you will play a strategic role in aligning sales enablement initiatives with business objectives, acting as the connective tissue between sales leadership, marketing, product, and operations. You will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing enablement programs that empower sales teams to perform at their best, shorten ramp times, improve conversion rates, and drive revenue growth. Youβll partner closely with sales leaders to identify skill gaps, define key competencies, and deliver tailored enablement solutions across the entire sales lifecycle.
