Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional business development plans supporting growth in public-sector water and environmental markets.
- Lead the business development team in achieving bookings, revenue growth, and market-position goals.
- Drive go/no-go decisions and facilitate capture planning and pursuit strategy discussions.
What You Will Need to Succeed:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
- 15+ years of experience in business development, sales leadership, or client management in public-sector water or infrastructure.
- Demonstrated success leading business development teams and delivering growth results.
