Responsibilities:
- You will own hands-on execution of assessment builds and data operations for national initiatives.
- You will support vendor management and data collection to ensure quality and compliance.
- You will coordinate data privacy and governance processes across regions.
Qualifications:
- You have 5+ years of professional experience with operational execution and data quality.
- You have hands-on experience with Renaissance (Illuminate) DnA and data management.
- You demonstrate strong process management and collaboration skills.
Compensation and Benefits:
- We offer a salary range of $83,200-$99,000 per year.
- We provide 25 holidays plus 18 flexible PTO days, increasing with tenure.
- We cover 100% of employee medical/dental/vision premiums and offer 100% paid parental leave.
