Operational Oversight:
- Support design, documentation, and implementation of processes in student records, testing, attendance, office management, and system training.
- Audit existing procedures to streamline and improve current practices.
- Ensure compliance with Department of Education and sponsor policies.
Liaison and Leadership:
- Serve as a liaison between school teams and Accel leadership to align procedures with organizational goals.
- Act as a member of leadership at assigned schools and support school leaders regionally.
- Collaborate with state reporting and IT teams for data validity.
Data and Vendor Management:
- Compile, analyze, and provide data metrics and findings as requested by management.
- Coordinate communication with external vendors as needed.
- Ensure confidential student information management per state and federal laws.
