Job Description
As a French Back Office Agent, you will provide excellent customer service and support to French-speaking clients. Daily functions include reviewing queries, processing tasks, and handling diverse administrative duties. You will respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally. Collaboration with other team members is required to ensure customer satisfaction. You will also maintain accurate and up-to-date transaction records in the CRM system. The role requires an intermediate level of fluency in both French and English as well as the ability to work independently.
